Torpedo 1.5in DN80 Copper perforated Plate Moonshine Still Mesh pack. Device for increasing the ability of fractional distillation and improve product quality. An excellent choice for owners who have 1.5 distiller. Due to better separation, the "cut" from the hearts to the tails becomes more apparent. Plate acts as a damper and stabilizer uniformly distributing the upward pair of distiller column.
Also allows you to build plate column by adding new 3 stages. This kit comes with perforated plate for making the torpedo into simple gin head. Reducer with sight glass 1.5 x DN80 -1 pc. Lower reducer female thread x DN80 - 1 pc.
Perforated copper plate - 1 pc. 1.5 inch unit with thread and nut (can be used as stater part of the 1.5 inch column, simply install though the hole 43-47 mm). 3 inch - DN80 sanitary silicone reducer - 1pc. 3 inch tri-clamp lock with silicone gasket- 1 pc. Perforated stainless steel plate for using torpedo as gin head.
Total unit height - 32.5mm / 12.8inch. Top and bottom connections are based on 1.5 AISI-304 tri-clamps. Thickness of plate - 1,5 mm (0,04 in). No Soldering - all weld by TIG. Only food grade materials are used. The color of this Torpedo bubble with copper plate is obtained by shot blasting with glass - an exclusive color.Almost all of our products are under such processing.
