DISTILLERY FOR COOKING SCHNAPPS, WHISKEY OR BRANDY WITH A SIEVE. Those heavy duty distilleries are made for serious moonshiners and will last for generations. Distillery for cooking schnapps, brandy or whiskey with a sieve have one bottom.

On this bottom we place a copper sieve, which prevents. In the kettle from burning. Cooking kettle can be tilt for easy cleaning of fruit lush - mesh. Distilleries for cooking schnapps or brandy with a sieve are equipped with a cooking kettle , binding pipe, a cooling container, a pipe and a firebox. Firebox has gas burner inside or you can remove gas burner and use firewood.

The firebox is made of sheet metal. For heating the kettle, you have two possibilities. One is heating with firewood and the other is heating with a gas burner.

Cooling container has a special design with central cooler which has stainless steel lamellae inside instead of copper pipe condensor. With this design you avoid dangerous cleaning of copper pipes after using the still. You simply take them out and wash them with hot water.
