This 5L Copper Alembic Still is a distillation kit designed for making gin, vodka or rum (licenses required). Can also distill water & oils. The unit, suitable for countertop installation, includes a vapour thermometer and is made of copper, ideal for distilling liquor and liqueur. With a traditional design in a copper colour, this kit is perfect for enthusiasts of distilling and spirit making. The kit includes a 5L still pot, lid and condenser providing ample volume for creating homemade spirits.

Requires tubing for condenser and heat source. Used in a small distillery for trial batches of gin.

Like all copper - it is tarnished - but cleans up with citric acid - which is required in the inside between uses. Pics attached of when cleaned.

Been in storage, so see later photos for current darker colour. This is normal and does in no way affect the value or condition - it is an excellent piece of kit. Sad to be parting with it.
