Distiller Stage Glass Torpedo1.5in DN80 Copper perforated Plate Moonshine Still. Device for increasing the ability of fractional distillation and improve product quality. An excellent choice for owners who have 1.5 distiller. Due to better separation, the "cut" from the hearts to the tails becomes more apparent. Plate acts as a damper and stabilizer uniformly distributing the upward pair of distiller column.
Also allows you to build plate column by adding new 3 stages. This kit comes with loading hopper for making the torpedo into a simple gin head. Upper reducer female thread x DN80 -1 pc. Unit with sight glass DN80 - 1 pc.
Lower reducer male thread x DN80 - 1 pc. Perforated copper plate - 2 pcs. 1.5 inch unit - 1 pc. 3 inch - DN80 sanitary silicone reducer - 1 pc.
3 inch tri-clamp lock with silicone gasket- 2 pcs. Or using torpedo as gin head. Total unit height - 440mm / 17.3inch. Top and bottom connections are based on 1.5 AISI-304 tri-clamps. Thickness of plate - 1,5 mm (0,04 in).No Soldering - all weld by TIG. Only food grade materials are used.
