Copper Proofing Parrot 100% Lead Free Moonshine Distilling Alcohol Whiskey. This is "NOT a DIY KIT" This proofing parrot is ready to use so you can start proofing your distillate in real time just add your own hydrometer for proofing spirits. This 100% lead free Copper Proofing Parrot is used for proofing distilled spirits... It is soldered together with lead-free solder lead-free pipe and lead-free fittings and is ready to use after cleaning.
Clean with mild dish soap rinse well and hand dry with a soft cloth to prevent spotting. The inlet side is 3/4" x 9" with a 1-1/4 reducer on top. The outlet side is 3/4" x 10" with a 1-1/4 reducer on top. The outlet and drip tube from the reducer is 1/2" x 3-1/2".
This can be used with or without the drip tube as shown in the pictures. Everything is soldered together except the drip tube and it does not need to be soldered. The drip tube is included. Most proofing hydrometers will fit in the outlet tube and it's deep enough to measure up to 200 proof. Even though this item has been cleaned and sanitized you should also clean and sanitize using the above directions for cleaning before each use...
