Copper Moonshine Still 2 inch Reflux Column Water Distiller Beer Keg Column. Fully adjustable 2 reflux column. Fully assembled this column reaches 30.5 inches tall. From your keg or 2" kettle the first rise is 18" which can be packed with copper mesh, the next section is a 6 shotgun Deflegmator, after the column condenser vapors travel up to the peak of the downturn where a thermometer is mounted to monitor final temps.

Upon the downward motion a hanging Mason Jar Thumper is included to add flavors, fruit, or simply as a doubler. Finally vapors will be condensed to liquid in the 32" x 3/4" jacket Liebig condenser. Three triclamps and three triclamp silicone washers, thermometer, 1/2 gal Mason Jar down tube slide adjuster and a 45° union angle adapter are included to make this combination fully adjustable from a peckerhead using only the downturn and Liebig to a full Reflux Column. Silver Solder and TIG techniques are used to handcraft these parts with pride in Colorado. The entire body of this column is copper and utilizes coppers unique qualities to carry heat and cold, disinfect, and remove sulfides. The 2" triclamp design makes this column versatile and can be mounted to beer kegs and 2" outlet kettles with ease. The shotgun deflegmator utilizes 1/2" mpt fittings typically i use 1/2" braided stainless steel hoses with a ball valve to control the cooling with volumetric wafer flow. The same concept applies to the Liebig with one difference, the water jacket fjttings are 3/4mpt to provide greater flow any fitting combination to cooling water can be made at these points.

Altogether this column is a turnkey product as it can be assembled as it is unpacked. A vinegar cleaning cycle is highly recommended prior to running mash wash or water. I take great care and pride in building these myself they are tough enough to last generations and are guaranteed against abnormal failure. Common sense and housekeeping are always a must as this still column can produce multiple gallons of 195 proof per hour.
