Variable Amperage Controller With 3800 Watt Heater Element. 208 to 240 VAC, 20 amp operation.

Helps remove the heat from the relay! 6'-12 gauge power cord (no plug). 3800 watt grounded element with 6' of 12 gauge wire & twist lock plug. All internal wiring is 12 gauge. Stainless Steel nut and high temp o-ring to mount the element to the tank. LED display for voltage and amperage. Amperage control knob next to the display. 40 amp Solid State Relay (CE markings). Fully tested in a 10 gal. Complete set of installation and operational instructions. Designed and built in the USA. We have had enough interest from you to design and build this variable amperage controller and add it to our product line. We have customers tht run 25 gallon stills with this unit. We use the same quality parts as in our other controllers so you should have many years of trouble free use. This unit does not have a circuit breaker built in so you need to plug this into a 220V, 20 amp circuit. We recommend using a GFI for your protection. The aluminum box on the controller is used to help take the heat away from the relay.

It will get warm to the touch but there is nothing inside that can't take the heat. The box will be either black or silver in color. If you prefer one over the other let us know and we can tell you what is available. Other than that there isn't much else to say.

Adjust the amperage to keep the stack temperature where you want it and you're good to go. This unit will come in either black or silver. As always your satisfaction is #1.
