The che a p SS stock pots are complete junk. D ont take my word for it, do some reading.

NOTE we no longer use the brass ferrule when we dont have to. The brass are safe but w e try to only use 304 SS ferrules that are tig welded to the Copper column. We also use only SS valves and lead free silver solder!!!

Also due to d iffere nt setups we do not include anything past the SS valve. Our valves accept 3/8 npt fittings so you can use any stand ard parts from local hardware stores to get the liquid to your collection point. The tubing in the pic is regular 3/8 copper ref ri geration line.

Pic is generic to give you ideas as to how to get to your collection container. Up for sale is a handmade E85/moonshine water essential oils reflux column for making alcohol, whiskey, rum, vodka, tequila, purified water, etc. Height = proof, diameter = take off speed.

If a column isnt this tall it cannot produce as high ABV (alcohol %) as this still. Second, if the still doesnt have a SS valve to control the output or a second condenser to control how much vapor flows to the output arm, then it will not produce like this column will. This 3 " boka column has a 4'-6" total height (height may vary slightly) It is made to fit in an 8' ceiling room while sitting on a sanke beer keg or similar boiler and a banjo burner.

Mounts to any boiler with 3 sanitary fitting (triclamp and gasket included). We also include a 3 ferrule if needed to be welded to your boiler.

You cannot use a 2" boiler unless you use a 3 "x 2 SS triclamp reducer. Otherwise you would not be able to install packing unless you use rashi g rings. This is design has been tested and is one of the best available price vs production. This still will produce alcohol in the mid 90% range (reflux mode) depending on your skills.

It can also be ran in pot still mode. 3 cap not included for safety reasons!! It also has a detacheable SS valve for easy cleaning and storage and a blind port for a 1/8 probe thermometer. You will need is your choice of thermometer. (check out my electric heating kits in my other auctions) (electric immersion element, hot plate or propane banjo burner).

This unit is equipped with 1/ 2 " npt fittings on the condenser for easy hook up and 1/4" npt for conn to barb fittings on the coil condenser. I use whatever used parts are available. Quality is our main priority here, you will not be receiving anything other than top notch materials. They may have a few dings or scratches but 95% of it is covered by the insulation anyway.

You will have to run a vinegar/water wash through and toss you first real wash to clean the still. However, you will find this is good practice to get the hang of running one of these. You will also find copper is better than SS for distilling. Commercial sellers use SS because it is much cheaper, they also sell you stills half the size of this one. I will also include brief instructions and info to a place where you can get help and recipes.
